Outdoor Activities For Blind & Visually Impaired Children 2012

We had 6 activity weekends in the Lakes in 2012 . As with 2011 we have enjoyed the hospitality of the Coniston Youth Hostel and had assistance of Summitreks over most weekends for kayaking, climbing, gill scrambling, fell walking, canoeing, and lake swimming. We also had a number of weekends using our tandem mountain bikes on some exciting rides which we combined with horse riding at Crook Barn Stables in Torver.
